He take part to many kind of musical projects: jazz, pop, a cappella music, singing with symphonic orchestras, big bands, musical shows, performing in some of the best theaters of 70 countries in 5 continents around the world.
CURRICULUM:
SOLO CAREER
In 2014 his first solo album “Pausa Caffè” reaching 1 million plays on Spotify.
In 2019 a new solo album “Fragile” with the Salvatore Russo Gypsy Jazz Quartet.
With his recording projects he had many tours all over the world: Most Jazz Festival Minsk 2014 – Belarus for the Ice Hockey World Championships (following Gregory Porter and Ian Shaw of the previous editions), Bansko Jazz Festival 2014 – Bulgaria, Guangzhou Festival 2015 – China, Tour in Argentina 2015 (8 concerts between Cordoba, Santiago dell’Estero and Catamarca), Jazz Tour Wales 2016 – UK, Theater tour in Belarus for the State Philharmonic 2016, Jazz Tour Wales and North Ireland 2017, Live in Blue Bay Jazz Festival 2017 and 2018 (Russia), Baku Jazz Days 2019, Azerbaijan in collaboration with the Italian Embassy, Saint Petersburg Jazz Days in collaboration with the IIC Saint Petersburg, Piacenza Jazz Festival 2019, Montevideo Jazz Festival 2022 at the stunning Solis Theater, Uruguay (following Bobby Mcferrin, Richard Galliano, Jon Hendricks, Marcus Miller, John Scofield, Diana Krall, The Yellowjackets, Jo and Zawinul, Djavan, Billy Cobham, Dominic Miller in previous editions), 2023 guest of the 38th edition of the Jazz Plaza International Festival in Havana with the Amadeo Roldán Conservatory Jazz Orchestra for two concerts and a workshop. The orchestra received a Latin Grammy nomination in 2019 and has previously shared music with the likes of Herbie Hancock and Esperanza Spalding. In 2023 he is in tour in Brasil taking part to the Santa Teresa Jazz Festival in the same edition with great of the Brasilian music as Roberto Manescal.
MEZZOTONO
In 2003 he founded the vocal group Mezzotono in Bari. 5 singers who create a show made of music and irony only with their own voices and without musical instruments . Musical styles are diverse: from jazz to pop, bossa nova to folklore to big band style and world music. Some of the largest theaters in over 60 countries on 5 continents around the world have hosted the music of Mezzotono that is now the European vocal group with the most visited countries in the world.

In 2005 he took part in various television programs on Rai1 (in 2005 duet with Daniela Desideri in the song “Il Fiore d’Oro as a competitor of “Sanremo Lab”) and Italia1.
In 2006 he started a long collaboration with Paolo Lepore’s Jazz Studio Orchestra in various projects: West Side Story as protagonist in various editions (2006, 2008 and 2017); Tribute to the Beatles (in 2008, 2009, 2014); Sovereto Jazz Festival 2013, Teatro Petruzzelli Earth Day 2013, We all love Ennio Morricone tour from 2007 to 2019 realizing numerous concerts in all the major theaters of Puglia.
2007 started the collaboration with the Eurorchestra realizing over 20 concerts on tour with Maestro Lentini.
2007 collaborates with the group Marchio Bossa as arranger of the choral parts and singer for the album “Colorando”
2013 is in concert with Mariella Nava, Mario Rosini and Gio’ Di Tonno for a concert tribute to Domenico Modugno held in Cassano (Bari).
In 2015 he was a guest of the Hungarian vocal group Fool Moon for the song “Hello Tourist” who received a nomination for the CARA Awards in Boston USA.

He is member of A.I.C.I. Association of Italian Teachers of Singing.

LEVANTE JAZZ FESTIVAL:
Starting from 2020 Fabio Lepore is artistic director of the Levante International Jazz Festival which saw in the first edition the creation of 10 streaming concerts between Italy and Greece. The events were produced in collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institute in Athens and the Megaron Theater in Thessaloniki, in collaboration with the Greek Ministry of Culture and with the dissemination of the events on the internet but also on Greek and Italian television networks.
In 2021, the second edition of the Levante Festival dedicated to a cappella music was held and organized with concerts in Bari and supported by the Puglia Region and the Municipality of Bari.
In 2022 the third edition of the Levante International A Cappella Festival saw the participation of around 6,000 people and 11 vocal groups from all over Europe, becoming one of the best Festivals in Italy dedicated to the human voice.
Starting in 2022, a new production producing a capella music for fitness made by an international team for Saudi Arabia.
